Tamara Roman wins Cotterman Award for her Publication

Congratulations to Tamara Roman (Karen Mohlke lab), whose was selected as a winner of the Cotterman Award.  This award is given annually by the American Society of Human Genetics, which selects two articles published in the American Journal of Human Genetics in the previous year that best represent outstanding scientific contributions to the field of human genetics.  Tamara was honored for her paper titled “Multiple hepatic regulatory variants at the GALNT2 GWAS locus associated with high density lipoprotein cholesterol.” (American Journal of Human Genetics 97: 801-815).
